This project was unique in that the entire building had to be adjustable up and down by 40mm to allow for ground movement as situated over shaft for new tunnel in the London underground.

Due to the location of the project noise was an issue the building had to achieve 35db sound reduction in any frequency. Bravejoin where one of six of the short list of contractor competing for this project. After demonstrating our ability to undertake this project and expertise in each field Bravejoin secure the project for steelwork, cladding, cranes and overhead doors.

The doors specifically designed to achieve the acoustic value each door weighing circa 8tonne per door mechanically operated via heavy duty chain hoists supplied and installed by Bravejoin.

The crane capacity 50tonne with a hoist traveling speed off 60mph over 32meters. The cladding required bespoke abseiling installers due to access restrictions onsite anther task taken care of by Bravejoin. Logistically all materials had to be delivered to a holding compound inspected signed off then booked in to be delivered from compound to site.
